Clean dirt and oil from the grippers and workpiece.

Apply enough BlueGrip™ adhesive to the grippers to fully fill the gap between the part and gripper.

Apply ultraviolet (UV) light for 60 seconds to cure BlueGrip™ adhesive.

Machine the workpiece.

Separate the fixture from the workpiece with a 1/4 turn twist or hot water soak.

Remove and peel away residual adhesive with steam, dry ice blast or hot water spray.
